3 Self Love Mind, Body & Soul sessions per day at locations around beautiful St. Thomas and St. John with AJ and Friends. AJ will share her elevation tools to remove the feeling of being stuck in your life and career.

If weight management help and accountability is what you need, this is where to find it! Life shifting mental and spirit building sessions taught in a safe and intimate surrounding and a variety of fitness sessions led by AJ and friends in her unique and fun way will be yours.

Reflect, reboot, renew within our end of the day gratitude sunset beach walks and yacht sails.

Because some of the most productive movement happens in solitude, find YOUR spot on the boat and elevate during our soul-searching silent boat sailing at sunset. (the most popular activity of our retreat in February!)

A customized choice of excursions including a sail to St. John for our mind & soul shifting sessions, hiking, shopping and island dining.

Enjoy the fresh and delicious flavors of the island cuisine presented throughout the days including creations by AJ’s personal chef (occasional adult beverages).

Most retreat sessions will also be a beach tour, as most sessions will be held on the various gorgeous and peaceful beaches of St. Thomas.
